When it comes to your business it pays to be prepared. I help you explore what the future could hold, drawing out your expertise so that you are able to see your context and the future with fresh eyes. I also bring a wealth of foresight research and knowledge with a focus on understanding big macro trends and how they can play out across industries; as well as a suite of foresight tools to draw on.I work with clients to do one off foresight reports to explore what you should be keeping an eye on, as well as longer strategic engagements to expand your reach, pivot your business and spot new opportunities and avoid risk. My clients have ranged from micro-businesses, non-profits, bilateral organisations and corporations and I tailor what I do to your unique context.

Training and Speaking

I run talks and workshops in the academic and public spheres to teach resilience, futures thinking and anticipation intelligence (AQ)TM. My trainings blend intellectual rigour with practical applications, always delivered with warmth and humour.I am experienced in delivering lectures and workshops both online and in person to multi-cultural (and multi-lingual) audiences.

Coaching

I also work one-to-one with individuals to provide support with career direction. I blend a traditional coaching approach with a foresight lens to make sure that you look at your skills, values and interests – as well as the context you’re operating in. So that any career change you make is going to be as futureproof as possible.By taking this approach you’re more likely to look laterally, see new opportunities you can start actioning now; and spot unforeseen risks or problems well in advance.I work with clients as one off strategy sessions, as well as longer coaching packages to support you through a transition. I tailor what I do to your unique context.

More About Me

I’ve spent the past 15 years helping individuals, small businesses and big organisations to solve big problems, navigate the unknown and think creatively and strategically about the future. I’ve lived and worked across four continents working with everyone from solopreneurs and digital nomads to UN agencies and global corporations.My background is as a foresight consultant, specialising in global scenario planning exploring projects as diverse as the Future of Work and the Future of Wisdom. Before this I worked in project management in the international development and Humanitarian sectors, designing and delivering large-scale programmes across Africa, Asia and the Caribbean helping people to improve their lives and livelihoods.At the moment I live in London, where you’ll find me escaping into nature when I can, on the yoga mat or exploring London’s galleries and theatres.

4. Taxes and payment mechanisms

Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM operates in the UK and is subject to UK tax legislation. We do not as yet have a VAT registration number. Unless otherwise indicated, prices stated on our website are inclusive of any applicable value added tax (VAT) or other sales taxes.Payments taken for services are processed in the United Kingdom therefore please check with your bank or credit card issuer to find out if any other charges will be applied to you; Anticipation Intelligence (AQ) TM is not responsible for any such charges. You are also responsible for paying any internet connection or telecommunications charges that you may incur by accessing our website.

5. Cancellations by us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any interactions with you if you breach our terms and conditions, with or without notice and without further obligation to you. We may also suspend or terminate interaction if we are prevented from providing services to you by circumstances beyond our control. If this occurs, unless there are exceptional circumstances, we will provide you with a pro rata refund with any amounts that you have paid us in advance that relate to any remaining and unexpired period of your service provision. Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM reserves the right to suspend or terminate without refund in the event of any verbal or written abuse of any kind (including abusive, offensive or aggressive language) directed towards us or our team.

6. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be subject to English law. Both you and we agree that the courts of England will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise out of, under, or in connection with these terms and conditions.

7. Our commitment to you and Disclaimers

We do not accept financial responsibility for your use of Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM. The onus remains on you for your interpretation of our ideas and exercises. We promise to develop and operate all products and services emanating from Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM with reasonable skill and care and will use reasonable efforts to promptly remedy any faults of which we become aware.We do not make any promises in respect of quality, completeness or accuracy of the information published on our website other than as expressly stated above. We do not accept any liability for matters beyond our reasonable control. We do not control third-party communications networks (including your internet service provider), the Internet, acts of god or the acts of third parties.You agree that if we are in breach of these terms and conditions, we will only be responsible to you for any damages that you incur arising out of your use of Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM. If you incur any loss as a result of using Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM outside the scope of these terms and conditions, we accept no responsibility (liability) to you for this. You will be responsible for all claims, liabilities, damages, cost and expenses suffered or incurred as a result of your breach of these terms and conditions. We will only be responsible for loss or damage you suffer which is the reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of a legal duty of care owed to you, but in no event shall the liability of Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM exceed the amount, if any, paid by you to Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM for the service or product to which the claim pertains.

8. Content ownership

All AQ Content belongs to Corset Economy who own all intellectual property rights (including copyright and database rights). No intellectual property rights in any Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM Content are transferred to you. Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM is in the process of becoming a registered trademark and you may not use it without our permission. You are permitted to use Anticipation Intelligence (AQ)TM content only as set out in our Copyright Policy, set out above.
